    Hi Ali. I don't think Jorge is reporting the same issue that you are referencing. As I understand Jorge, he is saying that his Karoo2 will not boot up, as in not start at all. That is different to the unit crashing during a ride and not restarting! Jorge, is that correct?

    Jorge - do you have a SIM card installed on your Karoo 2? If so, could you please take that out and see if that works? If not, please try the hard reset and let me know the results.

    @SteveMacMilan correct, my Karoo doesn't start at all, it does the attempt to start when I plug it in, showing the Karoo boot screen but that last for 3-4 seconds, then goes off and on again showing the boot splash for 2 seconds and back off again in that loop.

     

    I tried @Ali help solution before posting this thread and it just doesn't work. I left my Karoo charging overnight and tried again and still the same behavior. The device is 1 year old, and I believe I had just flashed the latest update.

    I have the same issue !! My Karoo 2 doesn't start anymore. When I plug it I don't have the green battery. Is someone could help me ? I have done the same things mentionned above.
