Karoo OS - In-Ride Map Controls

The Map screen can be quickly customised during a ride.

You will see the “Map Layers” button only if your map screen includes data fields and you have either Suunto Heatmaps or Topo Lines downloaded for that specific region.

Only the data field toggle button will be available if you have data fields on your map page and no Suunto heatmaps or Topo lines installed for that region.

Only the Suunto heatmaps toggle button will be available if you don't have data fields on your map screen or Topo lines downloaded for that region.

Only the Topo lines toggle button will be available if you don't have data fields on your map screen or Suunto heatmaps downloaded for that region.

The screen will be locked to your GPS location when starting a ride.
Unlocking the map will automatically hide your data fields for better map visibility.

Tap on the "Arrow" icon to center the map on the rider's location.
Locking the map returns the data fields back on the map page.

Tap on the "Compass" icon to toggle North-up orientation.
