My, I didn't think their was soo many..quite an eye-opener..

The auto-routing problem has been around for a long time, like TWO years! that some time, and to not act in it is crazy, which only makes me think that the routing on the Karoo is made up of lots of variables and they just don't want to mess with it.. Re-Routing doesn't affect me, I just ignore it, going the way I want to then it'll align with the way I'm actually going eventually, that's how I use the routing and in all honesty, the routes it comes up with are the shortest and if I'm not sure of an area and as I'm not bad on navigation in general I'll just ride my own route I want. I find sometimes getting lost is part of the fun of cycling especially if you know everywhere..so my advice is just turn it off, the route you're following, and after you've navigated the area that's causing you stress with the k2 map route, then re-activate said route and job done?

Here is my list of issues:

Low battery warnings are poorly implemented and inconsistent (e-bike low battery warnings come at around 50%).

Estimated range is completely inaccurate once it gets above 200km or so, it means the range/route calculations are a waste of time also and there is literally no point in even having that screen as an option.

Various notifications appear briefly but once they have gone from the screen there is no way of accessing them again (although Hammerhead can see them on their servers!).

Swiping across the settings screens with a finger often activates some of the buttons on the screen you are swiping (brightness in particular) and there is a noticeable delay when swiping.

Also on the app it would be very useful to know what the direction of travel of a planed route is going to be and the waypoints numbered in order rather than just being black dots.

I would add grade issues to elevation inaccuracies as I see grade bouncing around more than Lauren Phillips on one of her shoots.

Some have complained about volume being low and you can’t have distinct beep sounds between radar and next turn notification.
